Our Process
We typically create a functional / requirements specification document and a detailed schedule which is agreed with the client. This includes breaking the job down in the schedule into smaller tasks and the inclusion of some milestones.

Once a project kicks-off we then internally have:
  • Weekly planning and review meetings (Ceremonies). To agree the next weeks work / to-do list (Sprints) and to review the previous weeks work
  • Daily scrum meetings to set out the tasks to be worked on that day

With clients we then have:
  • Weekly progress reports – communicated via weekly meetings or via email.

Software
  • We use Codebase and / or Trello internally for our to-do lists, adding tickets for each task.
  • We typically receive support requests, bug fixes, and change requests via Zendesk. However, we are always available via email or tel. and can log tickets manually for you.
  • When you send a support request, you will receive an email from us withing 24 hours to at least inform you that your request has been logged, along with any other relevant information.
We use a basic form of Agile project management and a Scrum framework.
