Lead technical and day-to-day contact

Hailing from a background in music PR andmarketing, working for the likes of Elton John to Guns ‘n’ Roses, JM brings a little a rock ‘n’ roll to the Webheads spirit and enterprise. As he puts it, ‘We’re a company driven by the marketing requirements of our clients, not by IT people. Pace and a first-to-market mentality is an integral part of what we do’.

Clive Morris
Brand strategy, content creation and messaging

Clive graduated from university in South Africa as a social anthropologist, a sound footing for the exploration of brand culture. Starting as an advertising copywriter he became creative director at a London based FMCG agency before specialising in financial services communications and brand development. He has worked with leading names in the sector including: Investec, Bridgepoint, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Stonehage, Estera and Ocorian.
Tony McGuigan
Head of design and UX strategy

After graduating in 1993, Tony has gone on to work with some of the world’s biggest brands, winning a PR Week Award with McDonalds and a GB Award for his work with Eurostar. Tony is at home both on and offline, developing highly distinctive creative work across the whole marketing suite. Tony and Clive work closely together for all financial services work whether for brand, print or online.
Mike Waxman
Functional Analyst / Project Management

Mike graduated from Bournemouth University in 1996 with a degree in Applied Psychology and Computing. At that time this was one of the first courses in the UK to consider the human elements of systems design as key to successful system development. Since graduating, Mike has continued to have a passion for good system design and now has over 20 years of experience designing, specifying, and managing web projects.
Tonya Lawrence
Web development and coding

Tonya graduated from Sunderland University in 2002 with a First Class Honours in BA Interactive Media along with an Academy Award. Since then she has specialised in the website development side of her skillset with a keen eye for detail and ability to find technical solutions. She is an excellent communicator and has worked with a wide variety of clients including: the MOD, the NHS, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Debehhams, Planet Hollywood.
We are a compact team of twelve and we operate on a personal basis with all our clients in a spirit of co-creation. Our aim is that all our projects power the success of our clients in their business and social endeavours.
